of documents’ of Cicago FINANCE may also indicate the list of documents required to be submitted by
the Borrowers along with the Application form.

Interest Rate Policy - Cicago Finance has put in place an
interest rate policy, adopted by the Board, taking into account relevant factors such as, cost of
funds, margin and risk premium, etc and determine the rate of interest to be charged for loans.

outlined based on the Guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) vide
Ref.No.DoS.CO.ARG/SEC.01/08.91.001/2021-22 dated April 27, 2021, with regard to the appointment of
Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs)/ Statutory Auditors (SAs) of Commercial Banks (excluding RRBs),
UCBs and NBFCs (including HFCs) and the corresponding FAQs dated June 11, 2021, circulated by RBI.
